The #Youth4Soil Manifesto is a global youth-led call to action to protect, restore, and regenerate the world’s soil

Healthy soil sustains our food, water, climate, and biodiversity, yet they are being degraded at alarming rates. As young people, we are not just inheriting this challenge; we are leading the solutions.

The Manifesto invites young farmers, students, activists, researchers, and innovators to share their ideas, priorities, and commitments to shape a shared vision for global soil health. Your voice will help co-create a youth-driven advocacy framework that strengthens soil literacy, uplifts indigenous and local knowledge, promotes regenerative farming, supports youth-led innovation, and drives policy engagement.

The Zero Draft of the Youth4Soil Manifesto, to be launched around World Soil Day (5 December 2025). This will amplify youth perspectives in global soil health governance and inspire action toward healthy soils by 2050.
