On behalf of the UN Food Systems Coordination Hub, I am pleased to share a Save the Date notice for the 2026 Food Systems Transformation Meetings, which will take place across the five regions as part of the ongoing Member State Dialogue process.

These meetings will provide an important opportunity for National Convenors and Member State representatives to review progress, exchange experiences, and strengthen collaboration on regional priorities and collective commitments for food systems transformation.

Please find below the dates and locations for each of the five regional meetings:

2026 Food Systems Transformation Meetings

• Asia-Pacific (ESCAP): 2–3 March 2026, ESCAP

• Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC): 9-10 April 2026, ECLAC

• Arab States (ESCWA): 15-16 April 2026, ESCWA

• Europe (ECE): 23 April 2026, ECE

• Africa (ECA): TBC, UNECA

Further information, including the meeting objectives, agenda, registration details, and logistical arrangements, will be shared in due course. In the meantime, we kindly encourage you to reserve the relevant dates and share this information with relevant national stakeholders, as appropriate.
